Sacramento Fashion Week (SACFW) in it’s continued collaboration with Arden Fair – one of the leading fashion destinations within the greater Sacramento region – will host two (2) open casting calls for runway models for SACFW 2018.
The Model Casting will take place from 11 am – 2 pm at the Center Court, inside Arden Fair alongside the LED elevators on Saturday, January 13th, and Sunday, January 14th, 2018. Interested models need only attend one of the open calls. All models will register in a first come, a first serve order for the opportunity to gain placement in the model line up for designers showcasing in SACFW 2018.
SACFW is seeking male and female runway models for the designer showcases happening in February 2018. Male models need to be at least 5ft 10inches tall and Female models need to be at least 5ft 7inches tall. All models must appear between 16-28 years of age. All models must be healthy, in good physical shape with no obvious scars, no tan lines, and no excessive tattoos or piercing.
In addition to runway models, for the second year; SACFW will be casting children between the ages of 4 – 7 years old for kidswear designers presenting at the showcases in February. Special Casting for kidswear will be held from 1 pm to 2 pm (ONLY) on Sunday, January 14th, 2018.
SACFW 2018 is scheduled for February 19th through the 24th, 2018, and is the largest fashion production in Northern California. SACFW strives to continue its mission to be a proven and innovative platform for designers, models, and artists to showcase their work and to encourage the economic development of the greater Sacramento region by promoting local businesses related to fashion, beauty, and the arts.
