U.S. Southern District Court in New York found, late last month, held that  Film Director Steven Spielberg’s film “Disturbia” did not infringe the copyright in the short story “Rear Window.” I will provide an analysis in future write ups on the legal thersholds that must be proven where copyright infringement lawsuits are concerned.
