Consultation with a Fashion & Entertainment Lawyer | Contracts, IP & Disputes

STRATEGIC LEGAL GUIDANCE INFORMED BY 24 YEARS OF LEGAL EXPERIENCE AND 30 YEARS OF FASHION AND ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE.

This 60-minute strategic legal consultation is designed for individuals and businesses facing a significant contract, intellectual property, ownership, business relationship, or dispute-related issue.

The consultation fee is $750.

This is a substantive legal strategy session, not a general introductory or sales call. Attorney Uduak Oduok will evaluate the information you provide concerning your primary legal issue, identify the material legal and business considerations, and provide focused guidance concerning your options and potential next steps.

With 24 years of legal experience and approximately 30 years of experience in the fashion and entertainment industries, Attorney Uduak Oduok brings both legal judgment and direct industry insight to matters involving contracts, intellectual property, disputes, ownership, business relationships, and creative-industry operations. Her guidance is designed for issues that may materially affect your rights, revenue, reputation, leverage, or business.

  • Contracts, proposed agreements, and deal structures

  • Ownership, partnership, and business relationship matters
  • Fashion, modeling, music, film, influencer, media, and creative-industry matters
  • Platform, privacy, reputation, and dispute-related risks
  • Strategic legal decisions affecting your brand, creative work, public presence, or business operations

What Your Consultation Provides

The consultation is centered on your primary legal matter and the related issues necessary to evaluate your position. During the session, we will:

  • Assess the legal and business considerations affecting your position
  • Identify material risks, leverage points, and potential consequences
  • Clarify available options and relevant tradeoffs
  • Discuss pertinent facts, documents, communications, or digital evidence as necessary to evaluate your primary legal issue
  • Provide practical guidance concerning the appropriate next steps
  • Determine whether additional legal representation may be appropriate

By the end of the consultation, you should have a clearer understanding of your legal and business position, the principal risks and leverage points, the available options and tradeoffs, and the next steps that merit priority.

Before the Consultation

You will be asked to provide information concerning your primary legal matter before the consultation. This allows the session to remain focused on the facts, risks, options, and decisions that matter most.

The consultation does not include an advance comprehensive review of contracts, evidence, or extensive supporting materials unless separately agreed upon.

What the Consultation Does Not Include

The consultation focuses on legal analysis, strategy, and direction. It does not include:

  • Contract drafting or revision
  • Trademark or copyright application preparation
  • Negotiations or communications with another party
  • Comprehensive document-by-document review
  • Written legal opinions or memoranda
  • Ongoing legal advice or representation

Additional legal services, when appropriate, require a separate engagement agreement and fee arrangement.
