Anti-Abortion Regulations on the Rise + MTV ‘No Easy Decision’ Abortion Show

On the heels of a controversial MTV show on Abortion ‘No Easy Decision’ which aired yesterday on the TV network, Wall Street Journal reports on the rise of Anti-Abortion regulations; fueled by the United States Supreme Court recognizing that the “government has a legitimate and substantial interest in preserving and promoting fetal life.”

Most state abortion bans begin at 22 or 24 weeks, which typically is considered the earliest a fetus can survive outside the womb. But the Nebraska law is built on scientific studies indicating that 20 weeks is the point at which a fetus may begin to experience pain . . .” ~WSJ has the full story.
